This page looks excellent to me. Had to cover a physics lesson once, so, instead of copying from books, I got out the Van de Graaff generator. The effect on washed, fine hair is 'shocking!'.

But back to electricity when it is being friendly. I have heard that although the wave of polarization ( whatever that is ) travels through the wires from the battery to the ignition of a car at the speed of light. It might take an individual electron more than a month to make the trip due to innumerable collisions.
]]>Looks good to me. I have yet to hear that crack undoubtedly because I have not yet experienced a really close strike. Fortunately or not, the amount of time I now spend in the forest suggests that I soon will.
