yes, it's the german. it took a lot of time to solve it.
the steps is to put the probabilities by the color of the house, for eg:
we know that the blue house is always the second house and that the green is left to the white so the probabilities are:

the first 2 options are rejected because the middle house drinks milk and the green drinks coffe
the 4th option rejected because the norwigan is the 1st and the red is brit and so on.......
