1-he either made it up(like bobbym said) or a brain damage
If aliens talked to him in Siberia language they must come from Sberia

Either way, if the aliens are from Earth, they aren't really aliens, now are they...

The first guy to speak about the Elohim other than the Bible was Zechariah Sitchen. He claimed they looked exactly like us. Recent findings seem to refute his description.
