### Re: What if : The matrix is real?

The matrix is a simulation that was designed as a prison ( or box ) for the human mind.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

I agree with you regarding the satisfaction and importance of actually computing some numbers. I can't tell you how often I see time and money wasted because someone didn't bother to run the numbers.

Prison for the human mind?

You have never seen the movies either? Hmmm.

It is a computer simulation that humans are kept in from birth. In it they experience an illusory reality, one that they think is true. They abide by its rules never suspecting the sinister reason for the simulation. Neo the hero, is one who has the ability to see past the simulation, to see a higher reality. The story is about him.

Hi  bobbym

There is only one movie.

“Here lies the reader who will never open this book. He is forever dead.

“Taking a new step, uttering a new word, is what people fear most.” ― Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Crime and Punishment

There are two sequels to it. "The Matrix" is only part 1.

Yes it does, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions. They are the continuing story of Neo.

Hi bobbym

I know, but I was trying to hint at how much worse they are compared to the first one.
