problem on streams

Help required to solve algebra 1 homework

A boat covers a certain distance downstream in one hour, while it comes back in one and half hours. If speed of the stream be 3 kmph , what is the speed of the boat in still water?

Let s = the speed of the boat in still water.

s = 15 km/hr
