surface area

find the surface area pf a sphere with a diameter of sqrt2 cm

4 pi r^2
ok i know this
but wht would be the radius and half of sqrt2

well supposing thats correct for surface area (tbh i dont know, but using that formula)

diameter is √2, so radius is ½√2
r² = (½√2)² = ½²×√2² = ¼×2 = ½

so the surface area would be 4×π×½ = 2π  (π = pi)
