Q.1) Thermodynamic temperature is temperature on a scale with 0 = absolute zero, most commonly (indeed, almost exclusively) in Kelvins. There are other thermodynamic temperature scales, though. 2nd most well known is degrees Rankine, whose unit of temperature matches that of the Farenheit scale.
Q.3) ShivamS is incorrect. Temperature is never a pure number. The answer is 273.16 Kelvins.

When doing physics, watch those units. If you do, they will actually steer you in the right direction even when you try to go wrong. If you ignore them, they *will* shipwreck you even in subjects that you think you know well.
