Well, with Maxima it took me close to 4 hours to calculate 2+2; I consistently pressed enter and then, with aid from the "10 minute tutorial", realized to press Shift-Enter.

Mathematica 8 is not free (but I probably can find an illegal free version). Anyways, I am running Windows 8. Maxima is slightly confusing. Anyone know of a good tutorial? I like Maxima as I am currently doing a lot on Linear Algebra. I will try Sage. Is Geogebra only for geometry?

Agnishom, usually people believe CBSE is patterning near GCSE but generally most people agree CBSE is of a higher standard then GCSE.

See the thread where you post a number and state a fact about it. Anyways, I posted and it duplicated making two similar posts. I deleted one of them and they both were deleted. Then I posted them again and once again two posts were unintentionally created. Also, apparently there is another Shivamcoder3013 impersonating me.

GCSE, in UK, is qualification in a specific subject. Essentially, it is similar to CBSE.
