I meant for all my practical purposes.
But it should not take more than a few months to get used to it. I downloaded Sagemath as well.
Well, with Maxima it took me close to 4 hours to calculate 2+2; I consistently pressed enter and then, with aid from the "10 minute tutorial", realized to press Shift-Enter.

Linear algebra's applications on probability! And bobbym, how can we evaluate the matrices without wolfram?
Too bad it did not increase my post count. Anyways, apparently the issue is resolved without me logging in and out. Imagine that, TWO BOBBYM's!
Mathematica 8 is not free (but I probably can find an illegal free version). Anyways, I am running Windows 8. Maxima is slightly confusing. Anyone know of a good tutorial? I like Maxima as I am currently doing a lot on Linear Algebra. I will try Sage. Is Geogebra only for geometry?
Very nice!
I am looking for a CAS available for free download. Currently installing Maxima, but are there any other good ones?
Agnishom, usually people believe CBSE is patterning near GCSE but generally most people agree CBSE is of a higher standard then GCSE.
See the thread where you post a number and state a fact about it. Anyways, I posted and it duplicated making two similar posts. I deleted one of them and they both were deleted. Then I posted them again and once again two posts were unintentionally created. Also, apparently there is another Shivamcoder3013 impersonating me.
In the who's online list, there are two Shivamcoder3013's.

I am having troubles comprehending this. Can anyone explain it simply?
