Collecting and Organizing Data - Matrix Problem !! PLEASE HELP ME !!

PLEASE HELP ME! This is my second day in Algebra 3 and i have this matrix problem thats due tommorow FOR A GRADE !

1. What quantity does the number in cell B3 represent?
2. What cell contains the amount of savings in 1994?
3. What formula would find the total savings at the end if 1996?
4. What formula would find the difference btwn income and savings in 1995?
5. Put this data in a matix

*Use the graph below

1 YEAR         INCOME        SAVINGS
2 1994         $29,210         $350
3 1995         $32,980         $1300     
4 1996         $33,650         $3200



PLEASE HELP ME !! IM SO CONFUSED !! dunno

Hi Symone Spells;

1) B3 = 32980 represents  the income in 1995

2) C2 = 350

3) If you mean all the savings from 1994 to 1996 it would
    be C4+C3+C2 = 4850

4) B3-C3 = 31680
