Formula for sum of Series

Hi,

I dont really understand what the question is asking for or where to start.  I think it may involve working backwards from this sum to an f(x)?

Find a fomula for the sum of the series

∑ ((n+1)*x^n)/(11^(n+2))  , n=0 to inf

for -11 < x <11

Thanks for the help!
