6th Grade probability

Trying to find some literature based probability lesson plans for my middle school students. Does anybody know of some good ones? Thanks!

Re: 6th Grade probability

at nctm.org I found quote:
"Grades 6–8 Expectations: In grades 6–8 all students should–

understand and use appropriate terminology to describe complementary and mutually exclusive events;
use proportionality and a basic understanding of probability to make and test conjectures about the results of experiments and simulations;
compute probabilities for simple compound events, using such methods as organized lists, tree diagrams, and area models. "

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.
