This puzzle is in MIF's Einstein Puzzles, here.

It's a nice logic puzzle for which I made up a worksheet to help me with the solution, and my answer is the same as in the link.

It isn't necessary to solve all the components nor to use all the clues to solve the puzzle.

Also, I can't pass on any coding or programming info as I only used the worksheet. In fact, I've never solved these puzzles other than with the help of a worksheet.
