Compound Events 2

Hey, so, I know bobbym totally got that question right. It made sense. I just have one more question. Can you explain to me the basics of Compound interests? I hope im not being a bother.

Its on compound Interest, not compound events.

CPI= interest paid or to be paid both on the principal and on accumulated unpaid interest
CPE= compound events are probabilities of two or more things happening at once.
