How to write 2×0 & 0×2 both in successive addition way separately?

Welcome to the forum.

One way to define multiplication (of positive whole numbers) is by repeated addition.

Thus  5 x 7 = 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7

So 2 x 0 = 0 + 0

The other way is somewhat harder as we need to write an addition of 2s zero times.

I suspect you'd be unhappy with                                .

There's a blank space here where I've written an addition of 2s no times at all.

You could introduce a new way of indicating a repeated addition of numbers :

Define R(x,y) as meaning y + y + .... +y where there are x ys.

Then you can say 0 x 2 = R(0,2)
