Help me solve this numbers puzzle, it's part of a game i am playing!

Hello,
I am not so good at numbers puzzles.rolleyes:  I play a game called 'geocaching' and there are two sites I play it on - www.geocaching.com and www.terracaching.com  You use a gps to navigate to a particular logitude and latitute, once there you find a container.  People can give you the long lat or they can give you a puzzle to solve to figure out the long lat.  This one is a puzzle and i am stuck.

It shloud be somewhere near this coordinate:  (the N 30 and the W 97 are right for sure and maybe the next two numbers also, or at least close, maybe one number off in either direction.  Thanks in advance for your insight! kiss The answer could be words or coordinates.

darn teenagers. Is it too much to ask my son to leave a simple note about where he plans to be when he goes out?! Here is what he left me today:

I swear I think he does this on purpose just to drive me nuts. Since I can't figure this one out, hopefully some of my fellow TerraCachers can. Just where the heck is Zach?

Oh Yeah and there is a picture on the page of a kid playing a guitar, so i guess musical notes is a possibility too.

Don't think this helps, but the number of times each digit repeats:

215313313442323221332123253232322123221342322313443331313126142331234

There are no 1's or 0's, making me think it's some sort of phone code.  For example, in phone code:

44 33 555 555 666

Is H-E-L-L-O, since you press 4 twice to get an H.

mmmm. definitely some sort of phone code, man you guys are fast.

it's still istn't quite right when you run them altogether it makes:

Ntgrtyfgr3selvenpointnindournine
Wninetysevenfgr3sfiftydotehtzerothr3

since the start is:

N30.14.100
W97.47.750

I get:

N30.11.909
W97.50.033

maybe?

it's tough  there might be #s together, too llike i need to separate the 3's or 4s into 2 parts
