what is X here, i cant tell what its referring to, is, nor what the angles are referring to, i guessed that 25 was for the angle between the two lines, but then what is the 100 for?

It seems there is missing detail.

Most likely the lines are symmetrical and the 100 angle is with respect to the circle's center.
