Puzzled by vector question.

I have this question on my test preparation sheet. It seems simple but is quite unlike anything I have seen before. Could someone please help me. I don't even know where to start:

Find all unit vectors in the plane determined by u=(3,0,1) and v=(1,-1,1) that are perpendicular to the vector w=(1,2,0).

My friend thought you have to use the cross product of vectors at some point.

Much Appreciated

So sorry, the smiley default got into the way...
