OMG PLEASE HELP ME!!!! LIKE WHAT I NEED TO DO IS TO FIND A GENERAL FORMULA TO THE MATRIX:
IN TERMS OF K AND n

(K+1 K-1)
(K-1 k+1)

OR IF YOU SEE ANY PATTERNS PLEASE RESPOND...

roll OHH YEAH THE ONLY PATTERNS I SEE IS THAT THE DIFFERENCE OF THE DIAGONALS IS 2^n  AND THAT IF K IS FROM -1 TO 1 THE FORMULA IS: 2 matrix^(n-1)
