Fascinating Maths Books for Teenagers ?

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help me.

I am searching for some maths books aimed at secondary school children, that would either:

1. Spark some initial interest in the subject, even though they find it hard(and boring) to master.

or

2. Prove of interest and aid further stimulation and advancement ( in a fun format) to teenagers who already have lots of natural ability. - ie. Future ALevel students.

Although I find the murderous maths "comic style" books really informative, I am after books which have a more "mainstream" chapter by chapter approach and format to them.

Any books that have loads of fascinating tips, facts and methods would really prove of great interest.

Looking forward to the positive help and feedback - thanks.

I think, therefore I am.
