Find the co-ordinates of any point on the curve y = x^3 + 3x^2 - 7x - 1 where the gradient is the same as that of y = 2x + 3

Can you show steps please?

Find the gradient of each function, set them equal, solve for x.  I assume you know how to take a derivative?
