Simultaneous Equations

I am stuck on 2 questions and I would appreciate it if any of you guys could help me. thank you
1)   y= 3(x²+3)
     14x+y=1




2)    x+5y=30
       x²+ 4÷5x = y

1) Substitute the value of y into the second equation:

Then substitute these values of x back into the second equation to solve for y.

2) Sub y into the first equation:

Then substitute these values of x back into the first equation to find the corresponding values of y.
