skip week days

Is it possible to come up with math formula to get list of all mondays with in a date range and then skipping 1 week or 2 week or 3 week from final list???

Hi safderalimd;

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. The only realationship I know of and have used for a circadian rhythm program I was writing, is zeller's congruence. It can tell what day of the week any date is. All I can provide is the formula, this page can give you a lot more.
