Jane is of course correct. Since you posted this in "help me", I assume that you didn't know the answer or how to get an informed opinion. First thing you can do is graph the equations.

Pretty clear that their is no intersection in R^2 possible, so no real solutions. You should graph whenever possible.
In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
