Hi Houssam;

The first step in solving any problem is research. This problem is the problem of the week on the Drexel forum with only a slight change. It was posed by mathematica guru , Stan Wagon. There is also an ersatz type of solution, elsewhere. Is this a current problem of the week? You should solve those by yourself. To answer it for you is to give the rest of the competitors an unfair chance.

Another person whom I know has just posted it earlier today elsewhere. Contest problems are just that, a contest.
