How do I calculate youngs modulus from a stress v strain Graph

Hi,
I need to calculate youngs modulus E from the stress v strain graph.I know its stress divided by strain but were do I read the values from.Is it  where the lowest stress levels of the elastic zone intersect with the corresponding strain, or the upper?
Thanks...

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.
