how many matrices

How many  matrices, A, are there such that all the entries of A are either 0 or 1,  exists, and all the entries of  are either 0 or 1?

Well it depends on the size of the matrix.

If it is n by m then it has nm elements.

Each may be 0 or it may be 1,

so that gives you

matrices.
