i need help with physics homework with kinetic and potential energy

hello everyone i need alittle help with some physics homework. i need to fill out a chart and i posted a picture so you can see it, the blank spaces with the  red numbers are the ones i need help with, in other i need to fill it up.

please help anyone?

The potential energy of a mass 'm' at height 'h' where 'g' is the acceleration due to gravity is

It looks like you can work out all the missing bits using those two formulas.
