MIF.com is a site containing many teaching pages, mathematical games and puzzles. The pages are cross referenced and there are many helpful exercises and animations. Highly recommended.
The forum is a site where you can discuss stuff with like minded individuals from all over the world. You can post an exercise or puzzle, ask a question or .........
Warning: logging in to the forum can be addictive.

Strictly speaking, I attempted to describe the two sites. This didn't answer the question of the relationship.
I suppose I could add that they were both initiated by the same person, and the forum links directly to the other site. On the puzzle solution pages there are links back to the forum. That's how I first found it. So there is a mapping between the two sets of pages. I leave others to establish the exact relationship.
