Re: A gifted mathematician.

No. But when I clicked the link, the following appeared: http://www.mathisfunforum.com/postgallery.php?pid=277335&filename=Theodore_Kaczynski.jpg

So, I conclude he is Theodore Kaczynski

Re: A gifted mathematician.

Yes and it is interesting to follow his alignment with certain philosophies. You can pick up their rather drab psych-babble in the discussions section.

Re: A gifted mathematician.

But it is not correct. I just put that down there because they would not understand my age.

Re: A gifted mathematician.

What else can we call him? He claims he is not insane and did not use that as a defense at his trial. Is it correct to blow people up because they put a road through his favorite rest area?

Re: A gifted mathematician.

That is the question. To sin he must know it is wrong at the time and he must do it anyway. He does not know it is wrong, so I guess he is just a big menace to society.

Re: A gifted mathematician.

His designs were very primitive due to the fact that he was aware of the paradox. But you are correct!  He should have blown himself up first.
