I can't figure this out!!

I can't work out how many mg go into 6.75 gm. Especially in 150mg and 75mg lots. HELP PLEASE!!!

mg = milligrams, there are 1000 in a gram, so 6.75 g = 6,750 mg

To find how many 150mg lots, then 6,750/150 = 45

Thanks for your help. I knew the basics (1000 milligram =1 gm but my brain just wasn't functioning last night. So, thank you again!
