Digits of an integral.

New problem:

B asks:

What is the 10000 digit after the decimal point of

A says) That is easy, that integral equals .39 so the answer is obviously a zero. You are slipping B.

B says) Slipping where? Amazingly you...

C says) Yes it is a 0 for precisely the reason A says. Well done A.

D says) Well, even a blind squirrel can find an acorn now and then and A is both right and wrong. Or maybe he is 2 / 3 wrong and 1 / 3 right I am not sure.

E says) Amazing conclusion D.

What is the digit?

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
Of course that result can be rigorously obtained, but who cares?
Combinatorics is Algebra and Algebra is Combinatorics.
