finding nth row total

Sir,  the question is what is the total of nth row of the followingdistribution of the natural numbers.
                          1
                         2  3
                      4    5   6
                   7    8    9    10
                ... ..   ...  ...   ....
          ...  ..   ...   .....   ....   ....

This problem has already been solved:

a(n)=(1/6)*(3*n^3+3*n)
