I ended up getting 99.37% I guess that is close enough? At first I couldn't figure out how I was getting an answer so different than yours but then I seen I was working it with a Standard Deviation of 2.5 instead of 2.2! LOL

I am getting using a binomial test that this percentage of women or more could guess right at about 90%. That means it happens almost all the time just by chance. Therefore I would say is not
