I have a person just like that - Goes by the name of Luis. He can't follow instructions, and he has to keep asking me what the teacher has just said, since he seems never to pay attention. (-_-')

But luckily he's not too much of a nuisance, and so I can bear with it for the rest of the year. Oh and by the way espeon, always ask around if you don't know where something is. And if you ask me, you should ask the girls instead of the boys. The boys tend to ignore you.

You shouldn't do that. If a teacher sees you, you'd either get a heap of detention, temporary expulsion, or the worst you can get, permanent expulsion.
