lol yh. thats a in show in simpsons. actually they are like that just that itachi always wins and sasuke always loses so i wouldnt say they are actually the same. the simularity is that they have 'I' and 'S' in front of their names lol and they want to kill each other

what and who? itachi and sasuke are brothers trying to kill each other. itachi killed his entire clan except for sasuke because he wanted to test his own capacity. he played the role of a big brother to test sasukes capacity. sasuke hated him and was jealous so thats why he let him live. because he is capable of unlocking the magnkyo sharingan he wants to fight him later on to test his skills. but now sasuke is being rushed so he goes to the gay orochimaru and becomes his puppet out of despiration for power.
