I have these 3 tables and can anyone explain it to me whether each of these tables shows a correct probability distribution? many thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
To be a probability distribution the probabilities should all be between 0 and 1 and should add to a total of 1. That makes sure that every outcome is properly covered.
Only one of the questions obeys this rule.
