Ahh...i know this is a little out of topic...but i need 2 know something...which place is this website based on...when i say that...i mean from which syllabus is it based on...american, british and so on...plz if u have any idea...lemme know ASAP

We don't really have a syllabus to base ourselves on.
We're more of a "you ask a question, we'll try to answer it"-type place.
And we've got posters from all over the world, so it's likely that whatever syllabus you're learning from, there will be someone here that can help you. Unless you're posting a really tricky question.
