The domain of the given function is .......-2, -1, 0, 1, 3, 4, .......... x is not equal to 2.
That is set of all real numbers.(except 2).

ok for this one
find the domain of teh function defined by the following equation:
f(x) = 1/ x^2 - x
would the way i did the first problem be teh same way that i have to do this problem?

You do that one in a similar way to the first one. The function is defined for any value that doesn't make the denominator equal to 0.
This time the denominator is a quadratic, so it's a little bit harder to find out what values of x aren't allowed. But it's still fairly simple to find out that the roots of that equation are 0 and 1.
