Time notation???

What is the meaning of time 10:1001 AM ET ?

For which country we represent the time like this?

if you mean 10:10:01 then that means the 1st second, of the 10th minute, of the 10th hour of the day, in the morning, according to eastern time.

AM means before noon
ET means eastern time, as opposed to CET central european time, or GMT greenwich mean time.

ET is Eastern Time I believe.. Could be Australia(UTC+10), Brazil(UTC-3) or North America(UTC-5)

the first second of the eleventh minute of the eleventh hour of the day, actually. The tenth hour is over at 10:00:00.
