I made an edit to your post because I think that's most probably what you meant. Saying sin 0, where 0 is a variable, causes lots of confusion.
Anyway, the question isn't too hard. If sin θ = -√3/2, then θ = sin-¹ (-√3/2).
We know that sin 60° = √3/2, and we can use that to deduce that sin -60° = -√3/2.
Using the CAST diagram, we can then see that the values of θ within the domain that work for this equation are 240° and 300°.
Why did the vector cross the road?
