Which label describes the following?

would this be expression, linear equation, or equation which is not linear? I pushing towards linear
    
3/x - 6=2x

Well, no, it isn't a linear equation, because in linear equations, each term has an x power of 1 or 0. On the left of this equation, the term has a power of -1 (3/x = 3x-¹).
