how do i solve:
3x²-8x+6 ?
please help quick !!!
I assume by solve you mean find the integral? In that case it's:
x³ - 4x² + 6x + C
Student: "What's a corollary?"
Lecturer: "What's a corollary? It's like when a theorem has a child. And names it corollary."

Not to be nit-picky, but that's either the anti-derivative or indefinite integral.
"In the real world, this would be a problem. But in mathematics, we can just define a place where this problem doesn't exist. So we'll go ahead and do that now..."

Indeed, but since he gave no limits, I thought that much was obvious.

Why is it called INdefinite and not definite, when the limits are defined on both ends?

The two are related by the fundamental theorem of calculus.

Because the indefinite integral is not definite. For example, the indefinite integral of sin(x) is cos(x) + C. That "plus C" makes it indefinite.
A definite integral has an exact value. It is definite.
