intergrating cos^4(x)

ive tried everything. intergrating by parts, using substitution, use of trig identities and nothing will work. i can get an answer using the integrator but nothing i do can get me to that answer. any one have any idea?

I've spent about an hour on this... and I'm not getting very far.

The table on wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_integrals ) says:

That's a start, but I'm not sure how to go about doing this without a table.
