what are seven ways integration is applied

hi everyone. i need help. i need to know and describe the seven ways in which integration can be applied because i am stuck and i really need help soon. thanks.

You can integrate velocity with respect to time and get distance travelled.
You can integrate from here to there and get the area under a curve to the x-axis.
Maybe, just maybe, you can get the average y value of a function over various intervals by taking that area and dividing by the interval horizontal length.  Just a guess.
