Re: Haikus

I know it seems strange
but the syllables must match
the pattern five and

Seven Syllables
On The Second Line You See
And then back to five.

Re: Haikus

Five syllables here.
In this line, there are seven.
Finally, five more.

Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

Of course, I knew that.
I didn't post about it.
However, I rule.

Mail comes in the door,

Mail goes in the trash.

Trillian: Five to one against and falling. Four to one against and falling… Three to one, two, one. Probability factor of one to one. We have normality. I repeat, we have normality. Anything you still can’t cope with is therefore your own problem.

Re: Haikus

Has this ever been written here? I read it from the Reader's Digest:

Any idiot could
Write haiku, just stop at the
Seventeenth syllab

"There is not a difference between an in-law and an outlaw, except maybe that an outlaw is wanted" wink

Nisi Quam Primum, Nequequam

Re: Haikus

They cut some letters
Out of the word syllable
Why did they do that?

Sylla was cut short
for reasons of both counting
and idiotic

Re: Haikus

In this universe
Nothing may exist at all
What is existance?

You may be sitting
And reading this haiku
But you may not be.

You could be here
You could be anywhere in
This big Universe.

After joining Twitter, I celebrated by writing this haiku:
