Who are U going to vote for? Obama or MCcain? If i were old enough to vote I would go for Obama. Since I support his views and he comes from the same tribe as I do. (he's kenyan).
Mccain is just old and wrinkly ready to ruin the world and countinue what Bush has started! This is the clostest he's ever gotten to becoming president.
If Mccain is pres. you'll see food and gas prices higher than ever because he will be busy spending money on the war instead of stem cell reasearch or other important things.
tell me who you would want to vote for and why.
thank you,
tori

I watch african movies. i'm not familiar with hindi movies though.
has anyone had someone they cared about so much that when the person they loved had to leave them, go away or dumped you you felt as if you can't stop thinking about them? I wonder how men/boys take it.
girls express it thorugh friends, and sometimes hold it in.
please comment.
How many of you here are AFrican? What about Asian? Ok. South American?
Well I'm AFrican (kenyan to be specific). But I live in the USA
Most people confuse african people to be the same as african - american people and that annoys me sometimes because my heritage isn't the same as african - american's so we shouldn't be lumped toghether. I hope I don't mean to sound racist.
What about Asian's out there? Is there any??? Please tell me about yourslef and your culture. I'll be happy to tell you about mine.
African Culture:
East AFricans (like me) have a high regard for thier elders and cannot talk back to them.
we always listen to our elders and get diciplined when we don't.
Most of us have a high regard for education. Although it's sad that most don't have the opportunity to.:(
I am one of the lucky one's I have that oppurtunity.
AFrican girls and women cook and clean and make sure that thier house is tidy. They mostly do the cooking and cleaning. and wathcing over children.
My mom had 11 siblings. My father had 9 siblings.
well for me. I only have 1.
In african most families on average have 4 kids. per household.
In america that average is about 2 per household.
Africans in general are very consiencous about thier surroundings and always do thier best. But some of them when they
reach america, they think that it's all play and no work.
Most of them end being like african americans who sag thier pants and talk ghetto and braid their hair like girls.
My Family has no tolerence for that kind of behaviour. trust me on that.
well please comment I would love to hear from you.
Tori/Victoria
I have Dark Brown hair,
and it's pretty long for an African girl. It's past my shoulders and i don't relaxe my hair. I mostly do single braids and it's natural. I had 5 good friends who used to relaxe thier hair and they would ask me: "Victoria, why don't you relaxe your hair so that it can be nice like ours"? and i would say : "Because it's natural".
They would'nt tease me about it. But i could see that they had thier sense of pride.
2 years later...........
Me : what happened to your hair?
Friends (s) : Our hair started to fall of because of relaxing it.
Me : Oh , well at least my hair is still nice, and natural and past my shoulders.
Friends : Our hair is not nice, and not natural and so not past my shoulders.
Me : Well, that's fate for ya.
great joke Maria
Thanks. P.s my name isn't marie, it's victoria. I just used a random name to make it soud interesting!
hello nice to meet you victoria
Your right. It's the way you view things in life.
Tell me about yourself. I think you've already heard about me.
It's great to know about you alyssa, keep your grades up and don't let other people fool you into doing bad things. I used to not make good grades because of the enviroment i was in. then I moved were people were moderatley wealthey - wealthy and I got the good edu. I needed. Now i make all A's and have been on the honor roll ever since. It's amazing what a good enviroment can influence you on. ( edu. friends, etc)
Hello,
My name is Victoria, but you can call me Tori for short. I live in the USA and was originally born in Africa, Kenya. I speak 3 diffrent languages and I take education seriously. The lowest grade i have ever gotten was an A-, and I take all Advanced classes at my school. And since I'm the oldest, I am a role model for my sibling(s). I have been on the honor roll consistently. Not only just once, but several times. I think if you only have good grades once and you fail it's not worth it. But if you consistently do a good job and end up on the honor roll numerous times then it's worth bragging about. I also forgot to mention that I'm 12 years old and I'm gonna be in 7th grade/Jr.High this Sept.
Always be smart. and don't give in to what people tell you. that path of life isn't worth living it.
thank you,
tori
