OK. Here's what I would do... find a multiple of pi x 12 that produces a result like the one in your co-ordinates - ie what multiple of p1x12 is closest to 395293511624397. Because π is irrational, there will be decimals to the right of the decimal point. Ignore those. So some very large number of multiples of 12 x pi will yield a number close to 395293511624397. There will of course be several of these, which you're going to have to try either in GeoChecker or by looking on a map to see what works. To get started, divide your current co-ordinates by pi*12. Then check out those around that value that seem likely.
Of course, I could be wrong... but it's a place to start. Let me know if you find it.. I will be unlikely to get to Beijing again to try it.
