I have low back pain problem.I am looking for some exercises in which I can strengthen my hip and leg muscles as well as my bellys muscle.Which types of exercises are best for me, so not to increase my lower back pain?

Actually I am a Computer engineer I am working in IT company and I like to play games, making new good friends, go to long drive with friends on holiday time.
