I'm an English language teacher who is preparing a English course that teaches students (who speak English as a second language).  This course is to prepare students to take a math course after my course is over.

What language challenges do your math students face (those ESL students)?
     (example:  vocabulary, grammar, etc.)
How do you help them cope with English?

Hi from an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher.  I've been teachng ESL for the past 10 years in different parts of the world.  Now I'm in Qatar (Middle East).  I teach English for academic prep.  This semester I'm teaching English to Arab students who will be taking a math course after my course is finished.

I'm here to gather your thoughts on the language challenges students face when in a math class.

See you........................baedaebok
