A man walks into a bar. Ouch, it was a metal bar.
Two men walk into a bar, the third ducks.
Two men walk into a bar, you'd think the second would've noticed.

The best one yet; A dyslexic man walks into a bra.

And..er... More?
"I'd like to die peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather. Not screaming in agony and pain like the passengers in his car."

#1478 Re: Jokes » The Duck » 2005-04-05 12:46:36

Or... You could have;
A duck walks into a post office and says; "Do you have any grain?"
A puzzled postmans says, "No, this is a post office."
The duck goes off. Next day, duck comes back and asks again. The postman is quite irritated this tme, "No! We have no grain."
This carries on for a few days until the postman cracks. "No! Darn it! We have no grain! Ask again and I'll nail your beak to the counter!"
So, the duck waddles off.

The Duck returns the next day and asks; "Do you have any nails?"
Confused, the postman replies, "Er.. No.."
Duck says, "Do you have any Grain?"

The Universe will end soon, yes. Worry ye not.

#1480 Re: Guestbook » How to learn Times Tabels » 2005-04-05 12:38:04

Eleven times tables are easy!

For double numbers, take the two numbers, add them together and put them in the answer in the middle.

Yes! It does! It's not really that great though. It's got a nice Fish and Chips shop. Hm.. Curry Sauce.

#1482 Re: Introductions » tricks to find age using numbers » 2005-04-05 12:31:42

Yes! Pure and utter genius! I should try that with a special size deck of cards.

But, remember, when using card tricks, use the oldest one first. Get them to pick a card, open the deck and memorise which card it's underneath. Just try not to seperate them when shuffling!

I'm doing good! Been on holiday to math, wasn't interesting. Good cheese, but nothing too bad. How's life with you then?

#1485 Re: Puzzles and Games » How an Wine be poured? » 2005-04-05 12:22:43

This is my working out:

8 Gallons.

8 - 5 = 3
5 - 3 = 2

8) = 3
5) = 2
3) = 3

3 + 3 = 6

8) = 6
3) = 0

2 + 0 = 2

5) = 0
3) = 2

0 + 5 = 5

8) 1
5) 5
3) 2

1 + 2 = 3

5) 4
3) 3
8) 1

3) + 8) = 4

8) 4
5) 4
3) 0

Basically, it means...

From the 8G put 5 into the 5G. Put 3 into 3G from 5G. So, you have 3,2,3. Now, take 3G and put it into 8G to make it 6 and 2. Move the 2 into the 3G and then put 5 into the 5G to make it; 1,5,2.  So, with a few easy moves, put 1 from 5G to 3G, move 3G to 8G and Voila!

I'm so great.

Note: This took me 5 minutes at 01:15 at night. big_smile

I do. Firstly, you tell me your age, and I'll find your age.

At least he put a full stop at the end of it, that's managed more than some people I've seen. Though, his name is 'WTF', so I'd be afraid of his skills as a typer or linguist, or lack thereof.

As for the TV, I have! You can see me on The Bill, Series 2, Episode 3, Scene 4. There's a random small bit of fur that darts out of the shot. That's me!

Pft. You may have a butterfly. But, my Avatar's a Ferret. Fearness!

Ah, I suppose. I just liked PHPBB better, really. But, it's up to you and it's just my opinion on such things. Probably because I use PHPBB more than PunBB.

#1491 Re: Maths Is Fun - Suggestions and Comments » A suggestion for this Forum. » 2005-03-24 01:23:06

Installing PHPBB isn't that hard. It's simple, really. The Admin Panel is just as easy to navigate.

To install it, you'd most likely have to this; in this order:
Firstly, create the database, give a name like 'PHPBB' or something like that.
Upload the files needed to the FTP account for wherever you want to put the files.
Go to '[Filepath]/install.php' and then follow the form.
After that's done, put the 'RapturePHP' folder into the 'Templates' folder and then it'll do the rest for you, all you'll have to do is just change the template in the configuration.

It may look difficult from that, actually. smile But, it's not.

Xynotyro. It's a hard cheese made with 20% fat. Made from ewe and goat milk. It's Greek.

#1493 Re: Maths Is Fun - Suggestions and Comments » A suggestion for this Forum. » 2005-03-24 01:10:58

Well, there is the point that you'd have to start from scratch, which is the most annoying part of it. Plus, all your members would have to re-apply. That's the drawbacks of changing. But, you can always take any important threads, or interesting ones, and put them onto the PHPBB forum. It's just a thought and my own opinion on which forum I like.

#1494 Re: Introductions » Greetings, one and all. » 2005-03-24 01:08:05

They're confused by my intellect. I'm the first superiorly intellectual ferret, with an IQ of 150 - 170. (My Intellect is normally '160' on IQ tests, taken on average and rounded down. But, according to research, the IQ of a person varies 10 points each way on a day to day basis.)

Also, I eat cheese. I am the cheese expert, even.

Though, PunBB seems like a good forum type, could I make suggestion into another type of forum?

I prefer the PHPBB forums, (http://www.phpbb.com) as it's quite a good layout and all. I'd also suggest using the RapturePHP (http://www.phpbbhacks.com/download/4003). It's a good style and the images on it are interchangable.

It's only a suggestion, though one I hope you take into mind.

Any questions on PHPBB, I can answer most of them.

Yes. I also have the ability to type. I'm a talented ferret.
Thanks!

That may be, but I still like logistics, even though I'm not too logical myself.

To whomever reads this...
Greetings and salutations! Welcome to this thread made by me, Zach. I'm just here for reasons beyond my own understanding.
I'd just like to point out to people, before anyone is offended by it, that I am rather arrogant and I like myself a lot. But, other than that, I'm apparently a nice guy.
I'm also quite a big fanatic of games, consoles and logical skills.

That's all I'll say.

Yours truely,
